Hardware Compatibility

Dual Soul or 2Ghz PROCESSOR or better recommended. Requires main Intel, ATI, or nVidia GPU next to WDDM and Aero support enabled in Windows (older GPUs like Matrox G200-based servers not supported). USB graphics devices beside technology from differing chipset vendors (MCT, SMSC, DisplayLink, etc.) should not be mixed on the same system.

Power

No AC adapter needed – USB bus powered. Doesnt charge laptop. The dock’s two free USB 2.0 ports have sufficient power for connecting a USB keyboard and USB gnawer only (complex power peripherals like USB blink drives not supported).
