System Requirements

One free standard or degraded chart PCI Express x1 slot (carton includes brackets for both). Card supplies USB power for supreme devices without additional power connection, but all for full 1.8A power across both ports, connect 4-pin Molex cable from your PC control supply. Package also includes a SATA to molex cable for desktop with only SATA power connectors on hand.

Operative systems

Drivers for Windows XP, View, and Windows 7 (32/64-bit) enclosed on CDROM. Drivers built in to Windows 8 (no install required). Open source Linux post which recognizes this card is present in kernels 2.6.35+. Mac OS X is not supported halogen this example.

Performance

Theoretical maximum race of USB 3.0 is 5Gbs and PCIe 1x is 4Gbs. Practical speeds vary by device, but the current generation of tendency usually won’t exceed 2 Gbps.
