On Thursday Eu selling important Karel DE Gucht called all for China to change its policy on rare earths after meeting next to his Chinese counterpart, Dealing Minister Chen Deming.

China is where several 97 percent of rare earths are found. They are key to global electronics, defense and renewable energy industries.

Chinese authorities angered trading partners via dynamic rare globe goods quotas by 35 pct for the oldest half of 2011.

That move choked off global rations. Last week the World Trade Organization ruled that China broken buying law by curb exports of eight rare materials.
