No you don’t need a license all for that! Merely provided you person a home base business and script items off on your taxes, can be a different ball game…And could raise the eyebrow of the IRS!!! You don’t privation that!
There’s a new ruling that the FCC decree passed, if you’ve a website that is selling varied people products (associate) you must put a disclaimer stating at the buttom of your website that is a “Affiliate” product your marketing and that your not the owner. Separate wise whether discovered by the FCC you have not followed the ruling, you shall beryllium punished.
